Alliance Wine Fair Catering

We were approached by Alliance Wine to create a street food style event inside Edinburgh’s Fruitmarket Gallery to run alongside their yearly wine fair. This year was extra special as they are celebrating 35 years in the wine business!

300-400 guests arrived throughout the day and they feasted on emapandas and our signature paella.
